NetGuruz was a vision of two people based in the ever changing technology world. Dan Mickle and Kevin Garber realized that while there were many qualified "network technicians" and computer repair people in the world, few of them had the people skills to form a trusting relationship with clients. That job was always left up to the sales people.

Dan and Kevin found that by forming a better relationship with the clients, there was a better level of trust and more efficiency in technology rollouts and changes. Unfortunately, they were still bound by the "old school" of thinking in which their employers put them under.

In 2001, Dan and Kevin decided the time was right to branch out and change this thinking. With a market being flooded with paper MCSE's and commercials promising salaries in the $70,000.00 range, they knew that had to act now, before the market was ruined.

Both Dan, Kevin, and the rest of the staff hold (or have held) numerous certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Breezecom and others, but their philosophy is pretty simple when in comes to certification. "A piece of paper will not fix your problems, but I will". At NetGuruz, we put emphasis on what we CAN do, and not what books we have read, or classes we have passed.

You will find that since we are not, and will never be, a large corporation, our cost are usually lower than most of our "competitors". We may not have 100 technicians to send to your office at the drop of a hat, but you will get a fast response and personal attention to your needs.

You may even find us hanging out with a lot of our clients after hours or invading their company picnics, because they love us so much.
So feel free to give us a call or shoot us an mail to pick our brain, or just chat with us. We always look forward to hearing from our clients, or even better, potential clients.

MS Office
As you're navigating through the Open or Save As dialog boxes in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, don't overlook the row of icons along the left side of the box.

They allow you to jump directly to common storage locations, such as your desktop or My Documents folders (and they're a lot easier on the eyes than the dropdown list of files and folders under "Look in").
